In particular, we want to protect the data of our customers, subcontractors and suppliers against loss, breach, error, unauthorised access or unauthorised processing.

In collecting and processing your personal data, we comply with Belgian legislation on the protection of personal data and with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD).
Depending on your relationship with our company and your activities, you will provide us with the following personal data: your identity and contact details (name, title, address, e-mail address, telephone number). For certain specific legal obligations, you may be required to provide us with additional data.
You are responsible for all the data you provide and we rely on it to be accurate. If your data is no longer up to date, we ask you to inform us immediately.
You are free to provide your personal data, but we will not be able to offer certain services or collaborate if you do not consent to the collection and processing of certain data.
ALIX collects non-personal data. These data are qualified as non-personal data because they do not allow you to be identified directly or indirectly.
This data may be used for any purpose whatsoever, for example, to improve our website, our products, target our advertising or improve the services and activities offered.
Customer data
As part of our services and activities, we collect and process the identity and contact details of our customers and principals, their staff, employees, agents and any other useful contact person. The purposes of such processing are the performance of agreements with our customers, customer management, accounting and direct marketing activities, such as the sending of promotional or commercial information.
The legal bases are the performance of a contract, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations and/or our legitimate interests. For direct marketing activities (such as newsletters or invitations to events), authorisation will always be requested and may be withdrawn at any time.
Supplier and subcontractor data
We collect and process the identity data and contact details of our suppliers and subcontractors, as well as of any (sub)subcontractor(s), their staff, employees, agents and any other useful contact person. The purposes of such processing are the performance of this agreement, the management of suppliers/subcontractors, accounting and direct marketing activities, such as the sending of promotional or commercial information.

Other data
In addition to customer, supplier/subcontractor data, we also process the personal data of other persons, such as new customers/prospects, useful contacts within our sector, networking contacts, expert contacts, etc. The purposes of such processing are in the interests of our business, direct marketing and public relations. Right of access: you have the right to find out, free of charge, what data we hold about you and to check how it is used.
Right of rectification: you have the right to obtain rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you, as well as the right to complete incomplete personal data.
Right to erasure or restriction of data: you have the right to ask us to erase your personal data and to restrict the processing of such data in the circumstances and under the conditions set out in the General Data Protection Regulation. We may refuse to erase or restrict data which is necessary for the performance of a legal obligation, the fulfilment of a contract or our legitimate interest, provided that such data is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Right to data portability: you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You have the right to transfer this data to another data controller.
Right to object: you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on serious and legitimate grounds. However, you may not object to the processing of data which is necessary for the performance of a legal obligation or our legitimate interest, provided that such data is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Right to withdraw consent: If the processing of personal data is based on prior consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent. This personal data will then only be processed if we have another legal basis.
Automatic decisions and profiling: The processing of personal data does not include profiling; you will not be subject to fully automated decisions.
