We met with the ALIX Team prior to buying our house. ALIX had developed a project design that met our needs and came within our budget. We adapted the plans slightly and soon after filed the application. We were able to rely on their expertise throughout the build that took place right in the middle of the COVID pandemic, their advice, tips & tricks were invaluable in harmonising costs and aesthetics. The project was completed on schedule, within budget and with 5* quality. The entire major renovation process completed, without any unnecessary stress: we are delighted...and would 100% recommend.

With our architect, we received several quotes. The bid submitted by ALIX was the best and gave us the most confidence in the delivery. We were able to visit several other sites as a reference. The building work is under way and progressing as expected, in a constructive and solution-focused manner. We were appreciative of the comprehensive nature of the price agreed.

The ALIX team was really open during the submission phase. We really valued their responsiveness and professionalism. We also felt that ALIX had the ability to comprehensively manage the project, which represented a huge time saving, as well as a real desire to update the property with a long-term outlook and environmental mindset… without blowing the budget.

We live in a 1970s house. Ahead of our renovation project, ALIX shared their vision after listening to our wants and needs. ALIX provided details of the right contractor for the job as well stylish and affordable technical solutions.

We were looking to sell our old family home. The location, garden and aspect were ideal but the house needed much more than a lick of paint to bring it up to current standards. To help potential purchasers to imagine themselves in the property, we asked ALIX to design a complete renovation project. A small investment for our family meant a significant gain for us in the end.

Our project is the complete transformation of a building with over 500 m2 of accommodation; we are aiming for a B rated PEB [energy performance] (Brussels). We already knew a few members of the team from previous collaborations. They have been very responsive to discussions during the submission phase, offering some good alternatives.
